Using the Dashboard

The Menuki dashboard is where you manage everything related to your digital menu. Here’s a quick overview of what you’ll find and what you can do.

Main Screen

When you log in, you’ll see your restaurant and its categories (for example: Antipasti, Primi Piatti, Secondi, Dolci).
From here you can:

  • Add new dishes with the button

  • Edit existing dishes with the icon

  • Delete dishes with the 🗑 icon

  • Reorder items by dragging them up or down

At the top, you can switch between restaurants if you manage more than one.
You can also add new categories, create a special menu (for daily menus, events, or tastings), and update your menu instantly.


Left Sidebar

The sidebar gives you access to quick tools and settings:

  • Quick actions: download your QR code, copy your menu link, preview the menu

  • Menu management: add or delete restaurants

  • Settings: update restaurant details, choose your menu theme, show or hide prices


Why It’s Simple

The dashboard is designed to be as easy as editing a shopping list:

  • Out of stock? Remove a dish in seconds.

  • Adding a seasonal special? Add it instantly.

  • Changed a price? Update it right away without reprinting menus.


💡 The special menu feature is perfect for daily menus, events, or one-off occasions you don’t want mixed with your regular categories.
