Create Your First Menu
Getting started with Menuki is quick and simple. You’ll be guided through the process as soon as you register.
Onboarding: The Fastest Way
When you create your account, Menuki will launch an onboarding guide that walks you through the first steps.
In just 3 clicks, you’ll have your restaurant profile ready:
Enter your restaurant name
Add a category
Add your first dish
Once done, your restaurant is live in the dashboard and you can continue editing at any time.
Manual Setup (If You Skip Onboarding)
You can also create your menu manually inside the dashboard.
Step 1 — Create a Restaurant
Click on Create Restaurant in the top right.
Enter your restaurant name and basic details.
This will be the profile where your menu is stored.
Step 2 — Add Categories
Menus are divided into categories (for example: Antipasti, Primi, Secondi, Dolci).
Click on Add Category and give it a name.
You can create as many categories as you need for your menu.
Step 3 — Add Dishes
Inside each category, click the ➕ button to add a dish.
Fill in the name, description, price, and optionally upload a photo.
Repeat this for all the items you want to show on your menu.
Step 4 — Customize Settings
On the left sidebar you can:
Copy your menu link
Download your QR code
Choose your menu theme (light or dark)
Decide if you want to show prices
Step 5 — Preview Your Menu
Click on Preview Menu in the sidebar to see how your menu will look on a customer’s phone.
You can come back and edit dishes, categories, or photos anytime — updates show instantly.
💡 Tip: The onboarding is the fastest way to get started, but don’t worry — you can always come back to the dashboard to make changes or add more details later.
