By using Menuki's digital menu service, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Usage

Menuki provides tools for restaurants to create, manage, and publish digital menus. Using the service, you may:

• Create and edit menu items, categories, and descriptions
• Generate QR codes for customer access
• Update menu items and categories in real-time

2. Account Registration

To use Menuki, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Restaurant Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of menu items, descriptions, prices, allergen information, photos, and translations. You must comply with all applicable food safety, allergen, accessibility, and consumer laws. Menuki does not verify the accuracy of your menu content.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload, including text, images, and branding. By using Menuki, you grant us a limited license to display and process your content solely to operate the service. Menuki does not claim ownership over your restaurant materials.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to upload unlawful, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission, use Menuki to mislead customers, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse engineer the platform. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

6. Data and Privacy

Menuki processes information according to our Privacy Policy. We do not store payment information and we do not sell customer data. You are responsible for informing your customers if local laws require disclosure regarding digital menu or QR usage.

7. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available. However, Menuki may experience interruptions due to maintenance, updates, third-party issues, or unexpected technical problems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Updates and Changes

Menuki may add, modify, or remove features at any time to improve the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Menuki is provided "as is" without warranties. Menuki is not responsible for financial losses, lost revenue, incorrect menu data entered by restaurants, or service interruptions from third parties. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Menuki at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your content may be deleted permanently.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Spain.
